Fundación BAI's most anticipated gala event of the year presents an elegant evening of fine wines with delicious gourmet food pairings, plus the participation of Mérida's best chefs, live music and a spectacular silent auction. This is the spring event not to be missed.

We are working together with our sponsors and with Hacienda Santa Cruz as host, along with outstanding international chefs and a sommelier who will delight our palate.

Hacienda Santa Cruz has a way of transporting you to an era of elegance and grandeur. The grounds are impeccable and the hacienda has been carefully renovated into a luxury hotel, retaining that air of antiquity, steeped in history and tradition to provide an experience of the highest standards.

The pavilion that is our venue for the evening surrounded by a spectacular garden and flamboyant trees is without a doubt the perfect setting for this event. It is open to the air with a retractable roof so that everyone can enjoy the cool breeze and, weather permitting, the starlit sky.

This event has been held for the benefit of the charitable organization Fundación BAI A.C. This non-profit civil organization is 19 years old here in the state of Yucatan, Mexico, being legally constituted on May 24, 2007.
